Multi-strategy real estate interval fund investing across four quadrants: Apollo-originated hybrid credit, Apollo-originated equity, secondaries and other private investments, and public securities. The private allocation is held mainly through interests in institutional open-end real estate funds from third-party managers, alongside Apollo-originated positions; the public allocation holds listed REIT common and preferred equity and real estate credit. At least 80% of net assets plus borrowings is invested in real estate securities, and the Fund concentrates in the real estate industry. It seeks total return from current income and capital appreciation with moderate volatility and low correlation to broad markets.
