Strategy Overview

A continuously offered, non-diversified closed-end fund operated as an interval fund under Rule 23c-3 and intending to qualify as a regulated investment company. It seeks consistent current income, with capital preservation secondary, allocating at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings to income-oriented investments providing exposure to infrastructure assets. The book is mostly privately originated and syndicated infrastructure debt sourced through third-party arrangers, with asset-backed securities, private debt funds, preferred equity and a small public securities sleeve sub-advised by Brookfield. The Fund concentrates in infrastructure industries as a fundamental policy and may hold below investment grade debt without limit.
